In late 2022, we launched our Future of Mobility initiative to investigate the current state and potential future state of companies’ mobility programs. As we progressed through this project, the topic of long-term incentives and equity income continued to surface, prompting us to delve deeper into the challenges companies are facing.
The survey revealed that nearly half of companies surveyed offer some form of long-term incentive compensation, which further highlighted the challenges that arise when an employee crosses borders during the life of an award.
