4:10pm - “The Compliance and Legal Challenges of Global Mobility – A Panel Discussion”

Globalization is supposed to mean the world is getting “smaller” and more accessible, yet it seems as though everything is getting more complicated. With the many moving parts that go into supporting and ensuring a successful assignment, it is usually the regulatory issues that give us the most difficulty. This panel discussion will draw from the most challenging areas of global mobility – tax, immigration, relocation, and international labor law all joined by the perspectives of mobility practitioners. Panelists include:

  • Panelist: Trent Sutton – Attorney of Global Employment Law at Littler Mendelson, P.C.
  • Panelist: Chris Hall – Managing Director at Global Tax Network
  • Panelist: Stephanie Lewin – Head of Global Immigration at Envoy Global
  • Panelist: Elizabeth Karcher – Director Global Mobility at Discovery, Inc.
  • Panelist: Alhassan Elbarasse  – Sr. Director, Total Rewards at MAXIMUS
  • Moderator: Andrea Whitaker, Director of Business Development at Altair Global

5:15pm - Closing Remarks followed by cocktail reception

7:15pm - Adjourn
